The Monashee’s are the range just west of Revelstoke.  They boast some amazing ski terrain but are essentially unaccessible to anyone without some motorized help.  Deep in the high peaks are remote ice camps and 3000 foot ski runs.  The perfect place to put a mountain hut.  Except you cant.  This trip is the next best thing.  A well stoked basecamp to ski from.  We go really lucky on this trip and had the perfect weather to refresh the slopes high into the alpine with good snow and little wind.
